Our office is working with Microsoft® HealthVault™ to allow you to securely exchange health information with us. This includes being able to send or receive messages to or from the office as well as being able to view your health records, including the results of any lab or other diagnostic testing.
In order to use the portal you must:
1. Obtain your identity code from our office. For security purposes, we can only give you the code in person or via US mail to the address we currently have on file for you. The code will not be given over the phone, by text or e-mail.
2. Sign up for OR log in to your account at http://www.healthvault.com following the instructions you received with your identity code.
